REGISTRATION

Q: Can I pre-register for which educational sessions I want to attend?
A: No, seat availability in each session room is first-come, first-served.

Q: Will my CEUs (AIA, GBCI and Living Future Accredited) from the Living Future unConference be reported by ILFI on my behalf?
A: We would be happy to report your CEUs to eligible institutions! During registration, there is an option to enter your AIA and GBCI membership numbers. You must provide your AIA/GBCI membership numbers during online registration in order for us to report your attendance to eligible education institutions on your behalf.

Q: I can’t attend the full unConference. Can I register for just one or two sessions?
A: No, attendance at the educational sessions are only for full Conference Pass holders. We do not offer the educational sessions on an ‘a la carte’ basis.

Q: How do I register for one of the pre-conference events on Tuesday and Wednesday (workshops, summits and tours)?
A: Visit the Registration page here. You can add them onto your order as you register for a Keynote or Conference Pass. These limited opportunities are not included the Passes, and additional fees apply. Not seeking to purchase a Keynote or Conference Pass but still want to join us for a tour, workshop or summit? Choose the admission item “Non-Conference Attendee” ($5 fee).

Q: How can I modify or cancel my registration?
A:  Email us at LF@living-future.org. You are eligible for a full refund of your ticket up until two weeks prior to the event (less a $50 Service Fee for the Conference Pass, and $35 Service Fee for the Keynote Passes). All refunds close after 11:59pm on Tuesday, May 2, 2017.

TRAVEL + ACCOMMODATION QUESTIONS

Q: Where can I stay?
A: The Living Future unConference 2017 is hosted at The Westin Seattle, and we have reserved a limited block of hotel rooms at the Westin just for our attendees. Learn more and book your room here.

Q: What kind of food will be served?
A: The Institute strives to ensure that our events always source our menu from local, sustainable sources. You will be asked your dietary preferences and needs during the registration process. For full Conference Pass holders, breakfast will be served on Thursday and Friday; Localicious Lunch (food carts) via lunch tickets Thursday and Friday; the Big Bang Dinner on Thursday evening; as well as hor d’oeuvres during the receptions.
